Villa Location An attractive family villa with lovely views of the harbour making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. Cala Llonga is a quality residential area situated on the hillside opposite Es Castell and overlooks Maó harbour, with spectacular views especially at sunset, making this one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean. It has a small supermarket and less than 3 minutes away by car is the small village of Mesquida, which has avoided tourism. It has a pretty beach and here you will find local shops and bars. Within 5 minutes drive is Maó harbour, with a multitude of restaurants and bars. Several larger supermarkets can be found on the outskirts of the city.
Villa Accommodation 
A comfortable and well-equipped villa that has everything you will need for a successful holiday. The living room has a small conservatory, which along with the master bedroom have patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace with lovely views down to the harbour entrance. In the evening as the sun starts to set you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats come home and later as you dine with friends enjoy the lights of Cale Fonts reflecting in the water creating a wonderful and magical scene. For larger parties wishing to be together yet retain their independence, this villa is ideal as it is next door to VN87. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen/dining area with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. • The living room is spacious and comfortable furnished, it has Sat TV, video, CD player and french widows into a pretty conservatory • The conservatory has cane seating and patio doors onto the terrace with lovely views down to the harbour entrance. • Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) and patio doors onto the poolside terrace. • Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) • Two twin bedrooms • Separate bathroom (shower over the bath) Outside • There is a swimming (roman steps), sun terrace and a shaded dining area with BBQ all enjoying lovely harbour views. ******* Prices are for a party of 4 persons, for larger parties please add £50 per person, except High Season where the price is for the villa irrespective of party size *********** |
