Villa Location Set in the pretty village of Trebalúger and close to the old town of Es Castell, the house has been built in the traditional Menorcan style and is an ideal villa for families with small children as the pool is safely protected. Trebalúger is a pretty and unspoilt Menorcan village where there is a family run supermarket, and Miguel makes his famous home made sausages. A footpath leads down to the coast through open countryside and there are footpaths/cycle paths to both Sant Lluís and Es Castell. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís are both a 2 minute drive away; where you will find banks, shops and a selection of quality restaurants, as well as local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa is designed for open plan family living, it is bright and airy and large french windows open from the dining area onto the swimming pool terrace. For those wishing to escape the family and enjoy a moment’s peace there is a mezzanine floor with a quiet study area. The villa also has a separate TV/playroom next to the kitchen, which is a great place for the children to relax and escape the heat of the day. The owners have young children and have erected a protective fence to separate the pool from the garden and sun terrace.
