Villa Location A lovely farmhouse with plenty of charm that is located in the pretty village of Trebalúger and close to the old town of Es Castell. It has a private and well–established garden and is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with the family. Trebalúger is a pretty and unspoilt Menorcan village where there is a family run supermarket, and Miguel makes his famous home made sausages. A footpath leads down to the coast through open countryside and there are footpaths/cycle paths to both Sant Lluís and Es Castell. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís are both a 2 minute drive away; where you will find banks, shops and a selection of quality restaurants, as well as local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a comfortable second home that retains its original character and charm, the architecture is typical of Menorca, with arched windows and doorways, creating a feeling of space and light. The large master bedroom leads to a small twin bedroom and bathroom making it ideal for families with younger children. The pretty and well established garden is a wonderful place to relax in the shade of one of the many olive trees while enjoying a good book or sunbathing by the large 10m pool. In the evening dine with friends under the lovely pergola covered dining terrace enjoying the peace and quite of the garden.
