Villa Location Set in a quiet part of Binibequer surrounded by olive trees and only a 10 minute walk to the beach of Binibequer and the fishing cove of Cala Torret, this is a modern comfortable villa that is ideally suited for families with small children and teenagers. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 5 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 30 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This wonderfully bright and airy villa, furnished to a high standard, is a very spacious and comfortable modern second home. The main living area has been designed with large patio doors opening out on to the fantastic veranda overlooking the 10m swimming pool which creates a large and private indoor-outdoor space. On the veranda there is a large and comfortable day bed, which is a great spot for an afternoon siesta. The master suite is stylishly furnished and the high-beamed ceiling makes it very spacious. Patio doors open on to the large sun terrace with south facing views down toward the sea and is an ideal place to escape the family and enjoy a quiet read while sunbathing. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. Ground Floor - Open plan living space • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. • Utility/shower room with washing machine, shower and WC. • The large living/dining area is comfortably furnished and has Sat TV, DVD.
