Villa Location Located in the quiet residential area of Addaia, this large villa is ideal for larger parties wishing to be together yet retain their independence. There is a small parade of shops, restaurants and tennis courts located at the entrance to Addaia and down on the port there is a small restaurant overlooking the water. Fornells with its beautiful harbour front, shops, banks, bars and high quality restaurants are a 10 minute drive away where you can also windsurf, sail and water-ski. The beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Macaret are a 2 minute drive away and Son Parc with its 18 hole golf course is10 minutes away. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 20 minutes by car.

An ideal villa for large groups as the villa has been divided into two separate accommodation floors, each having their own sitting room and kitchen. From the first floor living room french windows open onto a pretty veranda overlooking the pool and on the ground floor french windows open onto the 8m pool and poolside terrace. To the rear of the property is a large and spacious dining terrace, which is a great place for everyone to get together at the end of a fun filled day to discuss their adventures.
