Villa Location Binifamis is a lovely area of quiet woodland set amongst the rolling hillsides of the north coast. It is part of the island’s beautiful biosphere conservation area, offering amazing walks to see the wildlife and where wild flowers and orchids grow freely. The villa is a short drive from Fornells and the beautiful estuary and small port of Addaia. The port of Addaia is a 5 minute drive away, home to a number of privately owned yachts and boats and a small parade of shops, restaurants and tennis courts. Fornells with its beautiful harbour front, shops, banks, bars and top quality restaurants is a 10-minute drive away, where you can also windsurf, sail and water-ski. The beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Macaret are a 5-minute drive away and Son Parc with its18 hole golf course a 10-minute drive. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 20 minutes by car.
