Villa Location Set in the established part of Binibequer Vell at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this comfortable second home is close to the beach of Binibequer and a short walk from the village of Binibequer Vell it is a perfect location for a successful family holiday. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A charming villa furnished using traditional Menorcan fabrics and colours creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The master suite is very pretty and private with french windows opening on to the pool terrace. There is a lovely shaded courtyard with large dining table and substantial built-in BBQ - just the spot for a long, lazy lunch and in the evening you can go up onto the roof terrace and enjoy the wonderful panoramic views down to the sea. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen/ dining room with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. • Utility room with washing machine and door to the outside drying area. • Living room is spacious and airy with Sat TV, DVD and CD player. • Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french windows onto the poolside terrace. • Three twin bedrooms. • Two separate shower rooms. Outside • There is a pretty shaded courtyard with a large dining table and a built-in BBQ overlooking the swimming pool (ladder), set in a garden of terracing and lawn, all of which is private. • Stairs lead up to a lovely roof terrace with panoramic views down to the sea. • In the garage there is a table tennis table. **** Prices are for a party of 4 persons, for larger parties please add £50 per person, except High Season where the price is for the villa irrespective of party size **** |
