Villa Location Set in a quiet part of Binibequer and only a 10 minute walk to the beach of Binibequer and the fishing cove of Cala Torret, this is a modern comfortable villa that is ideally suited for families with small children and teenagers. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 5 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 30 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard and is a bright and airy second home. The layout is spacious and designed to provide privacy for two families sharing. The master bedroom is large and has french windows that open onto the spacious and private poolside terrace, so it is possible to take an early morning swim without disturbing the rest of the party. There is a pretty covered dining terrace that again overlooks the large 10m swimming pool and is a wonderful place for the family to get together at the end of a fun filled day on the beach to enjoy fine wine and good food. All the rooms benefit from ceiling fans. Ground Floor - Open plan living space • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, two fridge freezers and dishwasher. • Washing machine located outside the villa • The living room is comfortably furnished and has plasma Sat TV, DVD and CD player. French windows open onto the covered dining area overlooking the pool. • Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) and french windows onto the poolside terrace. • Twin bedroom with continental twin beds, shower rrom and french doors onto a terrace. • Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and french windows onto the poolside terrace. • Bunk room with two large built-in bunk beds (sleeps 4) and en-suite shower room.
