Villa Location Situated on the edge of the beach resort of Punta Prima and facing the beautiful Island of Isla de l'Aire, this is a modern spacious villa, with bright and airy rooms and only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Punta Prima is a short walk away; here there is a large sandy beach and an esplanade with several shops, bars and restaurants. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car, and the capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A modern villa in a minimalist style, designed to make the most of the wonderful sea views. The living area is open plan and large patio doors open out on to the teak decked dining area overlooking the 10m swimming pool and sea. From the upstairs terrace there are lovely sea views along the coast in both directions and is a wonderful place to start the day. All but one of the bedrooms have patio doors onto the pool terrace and the terraced garden that is planted with herbs and alpine shrubs. Caution should be taken with small children at the end of the pool due to the elevated position. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. • A spacious open plan living/dining room with Spanish TV, video, CD player and large patio doors opening onto the teak decked dining terrace with wonderful sea views. • Three twin bedrooms two of which have patio doors onto the terrace and enjoy lovely sea vews. • Separate bathroom. • Separate shower room. First Floor • Master double bedroom with patio door onto the terrace with fantastic sea views. • Separate shower room. Outside • There is a teak decked dining terrace with BBQ overlooking the swimming pool (ladder) and enjoying wonderful sea views. • The garden is terraced and planted with herbs and alpine shrubs.
