Villa Location A lovely villa situated in the quiet residential area of Santa Ana at the mouth of Maó Harbour and only a short walk from the old town of Es Castell and the attractive bay of Cales Fonts. Just around the corner is the pretty cove of Cala Padera; where there is a restaurant on the cliffside and a cool outdoor cocktail bar. Steps lead down to the water for swimming and fishing In Es Castell, you will find all you need with banks, shops, market, supermarkets, local restaurants and bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; which is a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants and is a short 5 minute walk away. The sandy beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A wonderful second home, comfortably finished to a high standard and designed to make the most of the harbour view. During the day you can enjoy the wonderful outside facilities, relax in one of the pretty sunrooms or escape to the peace and quiet of the stylish reading room in the heat of the day. In the evening after a gently stroll back from the restaurant you can sit on the first floor terrace and watch the boats returning home after a day on the water, whilst enjoying a night cap. The location makes this villa ideal for a family with grandparents who are looking for a degree of independence. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. Outside • There is a lovely dining terrace with preparation area and BBQ, a triangular swimming pool (roman steps) and a shaded seating area at one end of the sun terrace. • The garden is private with lawn, terracing and shady areas. |
