Villa Location Set in the pretty village of Trebalúger and close to the old towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís. This is a comfortable, spacious villa second home with great outside facilities; the garden is mature and rich with bougainvillea, hibiscus, lemon trees and palms Trebalúger is a pretty and unspoilt Menorcan village where there is a family run supermarket and Miguel makes his famous home made sausages. A footpath leads down to the coast through open countryside and there are footpaths/cycle paths to both Sant Lluís and Es Castell. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís are both a 2 minute drive away where you will find banks, shops and a selection of quality restaurants, as well as local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A spacious and well appointed villa that has all the comforts of a second home, the open plan living area is cool and comfortable and the rooms are all stylishly decorated to reflect the Mediterranean and there are large patio doors onto the poolside terrace. There is also a pretty sunroom that is an ideal place to escape the heat of the day and enjoy a good book. A pretty pergola covers the dining area with bougainvillea growing up the sides; here you can spend an evening with friends enjoying good food and fine wine after a fun day at the beach. At the other end of the 10m swimming pool you can find a shady spot under the magnificent palm tree. The master bedroom and double bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and there is a further air-conditioning unit in the hallway, which services the twin bedrooms. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area, gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. • Utility room with washing machine and shower. • Dining room with french windows opening onto the poolside terrace. • Pretty living room with comfortable sofas, Sat TV, DVD, CD player. • The sun room has pretty cane furniture and french windows onto the poolside terrace. • Spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom(shower over the bath). • Two pretty twin bedrooms. • Separate bathroom (shower over the bath). Outside • The dining area is covered with a pretty pergola and overlooks the swimming pool (roman steps). • There is plenty of terracing and a mature garden, rich with bougainvillea and hibiscus, a lemon tree and palms all providing extra shade when required. |
