Villa Location Set in a quiet location with lovely uninterrupted views of open countryside providing peace and quite. With a large established garden, the villa is both private and safe for children. Trebalúger is a pretty and unspoilt Menorcan village where there is a family run supermarket and Miguel makes his famous home made sausages. A footpath leads down to the coast through open countryside and there are footpaths/cycle paths to both Sant Lluís and Es Castell. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís are both a 2 minute drive away; where you will find banks, shops and a selection of quality restaurants, as well as local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This villa has been well designed, from its large modern dining kitchen where the family can plan the day’s events over breakfast; to the beautiful sunny day room with french windows opening out onto the terrace. If you prefer a quiet place to read there is a wonderful room upstairs with a large south-facing terrace. The lawned garden is safe for children and a sunny terrace surrounds the large gated 8m swimming pool. All the bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans and the villa has central heating. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen/dining area with washing machine, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave and a large fridge freezer. • Living room is central to the house with a travertine marble open fireplace and is tastefully furnished and leads to the sunroom. • The sun room is very pretty with comfortable seating and french windows opening onto the sun terrace over looking the pool. • Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath). • Two twin bedrooms. • Separate bathroom. First Floor • Relaxing room with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player and patio windows onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Outside • There is a large private garden surrounded by a traditional dry stone wall making it safe for children. • The swimming pool (roman) and poolside terrace are surrounded by balustrade and is gated. • There is a lovely pergola covered dining area with built-in BBQ and serving area. • Table Tennis table. The owner has a stair gate available for parties with small children to protect the stairs to the upstairs sitting room. |
