Villa Location Set in the pretty village of Trebalúger and close to the old towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís. The lovely second home is exceptionally spacious with excellent outside facilities and a pretty lawned garden, making it an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday. Trebalúger is a pretty and unspoilt Menorcan village where there is a family run supermarket, and Miguel makes his famous home made sausages. A footpath leads down to the coast through open countryside and there are footpaths/cycle paths to both Sant Lluís and Es Castell. The towns of Es Castell and Sant Lluís are both a 2 minute drive away; where you will find banks, shops and a selection of quality restaurants, as well as local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts; a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa is bright and fresh and has been stylishly furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout with plenty of space both inside and out. French windows open on to the large bougainvillea-covered veranda overlooking the garden and 10m swimming pool, where you can sit in the comfy cane sofas, relax and enjoy a cool glass of wine at the end of a lovely day. There is a large pergola covered dining area, which again overlooks the pool and is the perfect place to enjoy an evening dining with friends while the children play in the garden. The master bedroom and one of the twins have the benefit of air-conditioning and the remaining two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Ground Floor • Well-equipped modern kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a door onto the veranda. • The living room is bright and fresh with a high beamed ceiling and has been stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas, Sat TV, video, DVD and CD player. French windows open onto the large veranda overlooking the garden and pool. • A separate small dining room leads from the living room. • Two twin bedrooms have ceiling fans and french windows on to the veranda. • Large twin bedroom with air-conditioning. • Separate shower room First Floor • Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath), small terrace and air-conditioning. Outside • A large veranda with cane sofas over looking the pool and terrace. • A pretty pergola covered dining area with BBQ • Swimming pool (Roman Steps) surround by sun terrace and lawn. • There is a small lawned garden to the side of the villa, which would be ideal for smaller children. |
