Villa Location A high standard villa situated in a quiet residential area, close to the beach of Sa Calletta and the bars and restaurants of Ciutadella. Ciutadella is the second largest town on the island and is the historic town of Menorca with its many churches, mansions and impressive buildings. It has many shops, bars and quality restaurants and along the harbour you can sit outside on the pavement and watch the world go by. Famous for the sometimes notorious ‘Fiesta de San Juan', which is held in June and marks the beginning of the fiesta season. There are many beaches close to Ciutadella and 10 minutes away is the very pretty cove of Cala Morell.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa is bright and fresh and has been stylishly furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout with plenty of space both inside and out. From the dining area patio doors open on to a pretty large pergola covered dining terrace overlooking the large lawned garden and 10m swimming pool, here you can enjoy an evening dining with friends while the children play in the garden at the end of another fun day at the beach. For those wishing to escape for a quiet sunbathe then the roof terrace with its wonderful views down to the coast is just the spot. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning.
