Villa Location A lovely second home overlooking the beach and enjoying fantastic sea views. There is a small supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the villa. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 10 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 20 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 2 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a well appointed villa that is in an exceptional position with panoramic views of the sea and a short walk to the beach of Binibequer. The living room is comfortably furnished and has large french windows opening on to the covered dining terrace overlooking the pool and enjoying wonderful sea views. To the side of the villa is a shaded seating area with cane chairs and an occasional table, this is a great spot for that early evening gin and tonic. The best thing about this villa is that you can walk 100m to the beach and enjoy that quiet early morning swim before the day starts. The bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning.
