Villa Location Located in Cala Llonga this is a wonderful second home with fantastic panoramic views of Maó Harbour and has everything you need for a successful family holiday included an extensive library of books to cater for all taste. Cala Llonga is a quality residential area situated on the hillside opposite Es Castell and overlooks Maó harbour, with spectacular views especially at sunset, making this one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean. It has a small supermarket and less than 3 minutes away by car is the small village of Mesquida, which has avoided tourism. It has a pretty beach and here you will find local shops and bars. Within 5 minutes drive is Maó harbour, with a multitude of restaurants and bars. Several larger supermarkets can be found on the outskirts of the city.
Villa Accommodation 
A lovely second home that has been well designed to maximise the views of the harbour and has wonderful outside facilities. There is a wonderful covered terrace leading from the living room and during the day you can watch the world go by and in the evening watch the sun set while enjoying an early evening drink with friends. Next to the kitchen there is a pretty shaded seating area ideal for a quiet read and a well designed BBQ area, again making the most of the wonderful views during the day and at night you can watch the lights of the boats twinkling like stars in the night. Gated steps lead down to the separate swimming pool and private sun terrace. All the bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans and although the villa is suitable for children (terraces gated), care should be taken with toddlers, as there are a number of steps around the property. First Floor • Well-equipped kitchen/dining area with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. • The bright and airy living room is comfortably furnished, it has Sat TV, Video, CD and cassette player, a superb home library and wood burning stove. Patio doors open onto a large shaded terrace with fantastic harbour views. • Master double bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and patio doors onto a balcony with wonderful harbour views. • Double bedroom with access to the rear terrace • Separate shower room Ground Floor • Two twin bedrooms over looking the pool terrace • Separate bathroom with shower over the bath Outside • Two dining terraces; one accessed from the living room, it has a large dining table and a seating area.
