Villa Location A beautiful traditional Menorcan house set in a very private position just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the old town of Sant Lluís; it has lots of character and style and is set in a well-established and private garden. In Sant Lluís there are banks, local shops, quality restaurants and great local bars. The sandy beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This pretty town house has been lovingly restored retaining many of its original features to create a unique and comfortable second home. The architecture is typical of Menorca, with arched windows and doorways, creating a feeling of space and light. The large, master bedroom has french windows opening on to a small terrace overlooking the garden, which is well established with shaded seating areas and a secluded swimming pool. In the evening after a gentle stroll back from the restaurant you can sit in the garden whilst enjoying a nightcap. Both the master bedroom and sitting room benefit from air-conditioning.
