Villa Location A magnificent villa in a spectacular location with fabulous panoramic views overlooking Maó Harbour. Nestled between the private Cala’s of Partia and Venezia and with steps leading to the waters edge. Sa Bassa is next to Cala Llonga, which is situated on the hillside opposite Es Castell and overlooks Maó harbour. The villa enjoys both spectacular sunrises and sunsets, making this one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean. Less than 3 minutes away by car is the small village of Sa Mesquida, which has avoided tourism. It has a pretty beach and wonderful walks along the cliffs to Es Grau. Within 5 minutes drive is the port of Maó harbour, with a multitude of restaurants and bars. Several larger supermarkets can be found on the outskirts of the city.
Villa Accommodation 
An elegant and comfortable second home that has been tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard and designed to make the most of the fantastic panoramic views of Maó harbour.The villa has been equipped with all the latest modern equipment and has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. During the day enjoy the wonderful private pool terrace with 8m swimming pool and relax in the evening with a gin and tonic as the sun sets over Maó before dining with friends under the covered terrace at the end of another perfect day. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. Ground Floor • A very well equipped modern kitchen/dining room with all the necessary equipment required for the budding master chef . It has a hob/oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer, blender and dishwasher. The dining room is elegantly furnished and has French windows opening on to the poolside and dining terrace. • Utility room (accessed from the pool terrace), has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and power steam iron. • Two twin bedrooms with continental twin beds; both rooms overlook the small paved garden to the east of the villa. • Two separate shower rooms. • Office with a french window onto the poolside terrace and enjoys views to the west. First Floor • An elegant sitting room with fantastic harbour views having access to both the east and west balconies. Furnished to a high a standard it has two large comfortable sofas, beautiful bereger chairs, flat screen plasma TV, Sat TV (with full sky package), DVD player, a BOSE multi room system, i pod connection, a Wi and drinks fridge. • Master suite with Super king size bed and large en-suite bathroom with spa bath, shower rose and flexible shower both over bath and twin sinks. The bedroom has access to both the east and west balconies. • Double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room. French windows open onto the east balcony. Outside • On the first floor there are two balconies running the length of the villa. • The east balcony has a pretty dining table and chairs for four and enjoys beautiful sunrises and lovely harbour views. • The west balcony overlooks the pool and enjoys stunning sunset over Maó. • A spiral staircase leads from the west balcony down to the poolside terrace and a further spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace • There is a covered dining terrace with built-in BBQ and preparation area overlooking the swimming pool (roman steps) and enjoying wonderful views across to Maó. • Steps from the pool terrace lead to the waters edge, where there is a mooring buoy and it is safe to swim. • Roof terrace with low level seating and cushions and stunning harbour views. |
