Villa Location Set in the residential area of Binixiquer and close to the old town of Sant Clemet, the house is all on one level and is exceptionally spacious with lovely outside facilities. The villa is in a private location and a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with the family. Sant Climent, famous for its Jazz festivals during the summer months has plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants and is a 2 minute drive away. Easy access to the sandy beaches of the south coast, the closest being the large beach resort of Cala en Porter just 5 minutes by car. The capital Maσ and the airport are both only 10 minutes by car.

A spacious and pretty second home that is comfortably furnished to a high standard and has everything you will need for a perfect family holiday. The main living area has been designed, with patio doors opening out on to the lovely veranda overlooking the large 10m swimming pool, to create a large and private indoor-outdoor space. The garden is well designed and is a mixture of beautiful Mediterranean flowers, terracing and mature trees providing plenty of shaded areas to escape the heat of the day. Ground Floor Well-equipped kitchen with gas hob/oven, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located outside. Living/dining room has been comfortably furnished to a high standard and has Sat TV, DVD player and a CD player with radio. Two sets of patio doors open into the large veranda overlooking the pool. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath). Double bedroom with patio doors onto the pool terrace. Twin bedroom. Separate bathroom (shower over the bath). Outside Large veranda with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. Built-in BBQ. The swimming pool (roman steps) is surrounded by terracing and garden.
