Villa Location An exceptional modern villa built on traditional Menorcan lines using natural materials and finished to a very high standard. Set in a large established private garden with olive groves and palm trees and located at the end of a private drive in the quiet village of S’Ullastrar and close to the old town of Sant Lluís. S’Ullastrar is a traditional Menorcan village and has several restaurants and is home to the well stocked supermarket 'Sa Botiga' nicknamed 'Fortnum and Masons' with everything from fresh bread to locally made sausages. Sant Lluís is a non-tourist residential area; here there are banks, shops, quality restaurants and great local bars. The sandy beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The house is spacious and comfortable and the layout is excellent for two families sharing. The outside facilities make this house a great place for a family holiday, there are beautifully lawned gardens, olive groves and a fantastic covered dining area.During the day you can enjoy the 12m swimming pool surrounded by extensive terracing and lawn and in the evening relax and dine with friends while the children play in the safety of the garden and enjoy the pool.
