Villa Location An exceptional modern villa built on traditional Menorcan lines using natural materials and finished to a very high standard. Set in a large established private garden at the end of a private drive this villa is ideally situated close to beaches in Binibequer and Binisafulla, the quiet village of S’Ullastrar and the old town of Sant Lluís. S’Ullastrar is a traditional Menorcan village has several restaurants and is home to the well stocked supermarket 'Sa Botiga' nicknamed 'Fortnum and Masons' with everything from fresh bread to locally made sausages. Sant Lluís is a non-tourist residential area; here there are banks, shops, quality restaurants and great local bars. The sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The house is spacious and comfortable and the layout is excellent for two families sharing. The outside facilities make this house a great place for a family holiday, the garden is a mixture of lawn, terracing and wilderness area.During the day you can enjoy the 12m swimming pool surrounded by extensive terracing and lawn and in the evening relax and dine with friends while the children play in the safety of the garden and enjoy the pool.
