Villa Location A lovely family villa that is bright and airy, located in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area, and a short walk to the village of Binibequer Vell with shops, restaurants and bars. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A wonderful bright and airy villa with sea views, furnished to a high standard making it a comfortable modern second home. Set all on one level and with a lawned garden, makes it very popular with young families who will find everything they need for a successful family holiday. The main living area has been designed, with large patio doors opening out on to the fantastic veranda and in the evening you can return to the villa after a fun day on the beach and enjoy an evening meal with family and friends while the children make the most of the 10m swimming pool. The villa benefit from air-conditioning and has disabled facilities. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen overlook the pool and has a hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, small table and chairs and a large pantry. • Utility area located in the garage with washing machine and sink. • Living/dining room is bright and airy, it is comfortably furnished and has Sat TV and a DVD player. Two sets of patio doors open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool and enjoying sea views. • Master double bedroom has Sat TV and overlook the pool and enjoys sea views. • Two twin bedrooms. • Separate bathroom (shower over the bath) with built-in hairdryer. • Separate shower room with large walk in shower – Full disabled facilities.
