Villa Location A stylish contemporary villa that is tastefully furnished to a high standard enjoys stunning sea views and has a lawned garden. Located in the residential area of Binisafuller yet close to Binibequer Vell. The villa has everything you will need for a fantastic family holiday. Binibequer Vell village with a selection of small shops, restaurants and bars is a few minutes walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer and the beach of Binisafuller are both an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A stylish contemporary villa with wonderful sea views, it is bright and airy and designed for open plan living. The main living area is spacious with high ceilings and floor to ceiling patio doors opening onto the covered terrace overlooking the 10m pool, making the most of the wonderful sea views. The spacious dining terrace with its pretty sails is a perfect place for a relaxing evening with family and friends, while enjoying good food and fine wine after a fun day at the beach. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor - Open plan living space • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. • The living area is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with floor to ceiling patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. It has Sat TV and a DVD Player. • Master suite with double bed, en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower and patio doors onto a small terrace. • Two twin bedrooms both with a shared en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) and patio doors onto a small terrace Outside • The terracing is in keeping with the design of the villa and sails have been used to provide a lovely shaded area directly in front of the villa overlooking the pool (roman steps) and enjoys wonderful sea views. • The dining terrace and a roof terrace which enjoys wonderful sea views. • The garden is a mixture of lawned areas and terracing. |
