Villa Location A pretty villa situated in the stunning beach resort of Cala Morell with it’s dramatic scenery and close to the historical town of Ciutadella Cala Morell has several restaurants, swimming platforms and a pretty sandy beach. Within Cala Morrell there are some fifteen caves carved into the rocks, made by the islands first settles – Dating from the iron age some 800 years BC. Ciutadella is second largest town on the island and is the historic town of Menorca with its many churches, mansions and impressive buildings. It has many shops, bars and quality restaurants and along the harbour you can sit outside on the pavement and watch the world go by. Famous for the sometimes notorious ‘Fiesta de San Juan', which is held in June and marks the beginning of the fiesta season.
Villa Accommodation 
A traditional villa that has been lovingly restored to a high standard, losing none of its style or character in the restoration and has been designed using fabrics and colours to create a relaxed Mediterranean feel. The main living area is well laid out and has french windows opening on to the covered dining terrace - a great place for the family to get together at the end of a fun filled day on the beach and enjoy a relaxing evening together . Ground Floor – open plan · A small but well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate area. · The living/dining area is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV and DVD Player. From the dining area french windows open onto the pool side terrace. · Master double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and overlooks the pool. · Two pretty twin bedrooms both overlooking the pool · Separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside · Covered dining terrace with table and chairs over looking the 11m Swimming pool. · Poolside dining terrace with large umbrella, table and chairs and built-in BBQ · Roof terrace with spectacular sea views. · The garden is a mixture of Mediterranean shrubs and surrounded by a dry stone wall Caution: 15 meters beyond the garden wall there is a steep drop into the sea. |
