Villa Location Located in the quiet fishing village of Na Macaret, this lovely villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. Na Macaret is a quiet fishing village with a pretty beach, restaurants and local shops. The pretty port of Addaia is a 2 minute drive away and here there is a small parade of shops, restaurants and tennis courts. Down on the port there is a small restaurant overlooking the water. Fornells with its beautiful harbour front, shops, banks, bars and high quality restaurants is a 10 minute drive away, here you can also windsurf, sail and water-ski. During the summer months a road train runs from Na Macaret to the beach resort of Arenal den Castell. Son Parc with its 18 hole golf course is 10 minutes away. The capital Maσ and the airport are both only 20 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa is bright, fresh and has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard with everything you could possible need. From its elevated position it enjoys fantastic views of both the sea and the entrance to the port of Addaia and the pretty beach of Na Macaret is only a short walk away, making this villa and its location an ideal place for the perfect family holiday. The pool terrace with its 8m swimming pool and dining area makes the villa special as this is where you can make the most of the wonderful views. In the evening after a gentle stroll back from the restaurant you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats come home as the sun sets on yet another perfect day. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor The well-equipped modern kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. A door leads to the pool terrace and BBQ area. Utility area with washing machine. - located in the garage.
