Villa Location A lovely family villa that is bright and airy, located in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area, a short walk to the village of Binibequer Vell with shops, restaurants and bars. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a very comfortable and pretty villa set all on one level with a lawned garden, making it very popular with young families who will find everything they need for a successful family holiday. There is a spacious dining terrace with built-in BBQ. In the evening you can return to the villa after a day on the beach and enjoy an evening meal with friends while the children make the most of the 8 m swimming pool. For those wishing to enjoy a quiet moment the roof terrace - with its lovely views towards the sea and the fishing village of Binibequer Vell - is just the spot. All the bedrooms have free-standing fans. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen overlooks the pool terrace and has hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. • Utility room with washing machine is at the rear of the villa. • The living/dining area is spacious, bright and airy with comfortable sofas, Sat TV and DVD player, from the dining area there are two sets of patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. • The master bedroom is pretty and has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and twin washbasins.
