Villa Location Lovely second home with a large lawned garden and sea views from the roof terrace. Situated in a quiet cul-de sac with the beach and beach bar of Binibequer only a 5 minute walk and the village of Binibequer Vell is close by. There is a small supermarket only a 2 minute walk from the villa. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 10 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 20 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 2 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a well appointed villa that is a lovely second home, the open plan living area is cool and an ideal place to escape the heat of the day and enjoy a quiet read from one of the many books provided by the owner. Outside there is a wonderful lawned garden with palm trees providing shade. The garden is interspersed with pretty Mediterranean flowers making it a great place for children to play away from the pool, which is located at the rear of the villa in a private and sunny position. There is a large veranda that overlooks the lawned garden; here you can spend an evening with friends enjoying good food and fine wine after a fun day at the beach. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor · A small but well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the shower room. · The living/dining area is comfortably furnished and has Sat TV, DVD and CD player and a i-pod docking station. A door from the living area opens onto a lovely veranda over looking the lawned garden. · Master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. · A good sized separate bathroom with shower over the bath. · Pretty twin bedroom overlooking the lawned garden. · A pretty double with additional single bed again overlooking the lawned garden. · Separate large shower room. Outside · The veranda with teak table and chairs overlooks the wonderful lawned garden. · The 8m swimming pool with sun terrace is at the rear of the villa it is very private and has a dining table and chairs . · Roof terrace with sea views. · The BBQ can be used by the pool or on the veranda. |
