Villa Location A wonderful second home that is situated in a quiet location on the hillside of San Jaime, with stunning elevated sea views. San Jaime is located just above the beach resort of Son Bou and is in an area of quality villas and residential homes. Son Bou has the longest beach on the island and a wide variety of shops, 10 pin bowling centre, restaurants and bars. The location makes this villa ideal for families with teenagers, grandparents or nannies, looking for a degree of independence. The beach resort of Son Bou is an easy 5 minute walk down the hill, where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the small commercial centre. The old town of Alaior, which dates back to 1304, is a 5 minute drive away and has succeeded in retaining a medieval flavour. Here you can stroll through the narrow winding streets and enjoy its large selection of shops, restaurants and local bars. The capital Maσ and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A much loved and wonderful second home that has everything you will need for a successful family holiday, whether you enjoy time on the beach or relaxing by the 9m pool set in a wonderful and private tropical garden with large Palms, Avocado, Guava and Banana plants. The villa enjoys the most stunning sea views as well as overlooking the protected biosphere, which is home to a variety of beautiful mediterranean birds. The owners are well travelled and in particular the pretty ground floor apartment reflects their love of Marrakech. The villa is on three levels and all the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and have ceiling fans. Caution with small children as a number of steps. Second Floor The living/dining room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and chairs, it has a flat screen Sat TV, DVD and CD Player. Large French windows open onto a dining terrace which enjoys lovely far reaching sea views. A modern well-equipped galley kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and again enjoying sea views. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and access to the outside drying area. Separate shower room. First Floor Master double bedroom with french windows onto the veranda. Double bedroom with french windows onto the veranda. Both the double bedrooms overlook the pool from the veranda and enjoy wonderful sea views. Two twin bedrooms. Outside Both the first and second floor verandas enjoy wonderful sea views and have access down to the poolside terrace and separate apartment. On the second floor there is a dining table and chairs and on the first a smaller table to enjoy a quiet early morning coffee. On the lower level there is a large private swimming pool (roman steps) and a separate shallow pool ideal for children.
