Villa Location A wonderful second home situated in a quiet location, the swimming pool area overlooks an environmentally protected valley where there is an abundance of bird and wildlife to be found. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 10 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 20 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer (Binibeca) is an easy 2 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car. This is a modern comfortable villa that is ideally suited for families with small children and teenagers.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a well appointed villa that has all the comforts of a much loved second home, the open plan living area is cool and comfortable and includes a wonderful sun room, that is an ideal place to escape the heat of the day and enjoy a quiet read. Outside, steps lead down to the 8m swimming pool, which overlooks an environmentally protected valley where there is an abundance of wild birds to be found. There is a pretty pergola covered dining area and poolside bar; here you can spend an evening with friends enjoying good food and fine wine after a fun day at the beach. Beyond the pool the garden has been landscaped with pretty Mediterranean shrubs, fruit trees and grape vine. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor · A small but well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer. Next to this is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. · The living/dining area is comfortably furnished with plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs; there is a Sat TV, DVD player and CD Hi Fi system. · In the sun room there is a cane dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and cocktail bar in the corner. French windows open onto the front of the villa and garden terrace with pretty shrubs and flowers, a second door leads to a small veranda at the side of the villa. · Pretty master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) and a french window opens onto a small terrace overlooking the pool. · Two pretty twin bedrooms overlooking the pool area. · Separate shower room. Outside · A small veranda leads from the sun room to a small terrace that can also be accessed from the master bedroom, from this terrace there are gated steps down to the poolside terrace. · There is a pretty pergola covered dining terrace that overlooks the pool and enjoys pretty views of the valley, there is also a bar area, built-in BBQ, preparation area with fridge and a separate shower room with WC. All you need for al fresco dining day or night. Beyond the pool the garden has been landscaped with Mediterranean shrubs, fruit trees and grape vine. · To the front of the villa there is a small terrace with seating and umbrellas. |
