Villa Location A wonderful second home situated in a quiet location on the hillside of San Jaime and Torre Solí Nou, with stunning elevated sea views. An area of quality villas and residential homes, located just above the beach resort of Son Bou. Son Bou has the longest beach on the island and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The location makes this villa ideal for families with teenagers looking for a degree of independence The beach resort of Son Bou is an easy 15 minute walk down the hill, where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the small commercial centre. The old town of Alaior, which dates back to 1304, is a 5 minute drive away, and has succeeded in retaining a medieval flavour. Here you can stroll through the narrow winding streets and enjoy its large selection of shops, restaurants and local bars. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This villa has everything you will need for a successful family holiday including the most fantastic sea views along the coast of San Jamie and Son Bou. The design of the villa will suite either a small party as the main living accommodation is all located on the same floor or larger parties with children as there is a wonderful and spacious chill out area on the first floor together with a table tennis table and fourth bedroom. The pretty veranda overlooks the gated 10m swimming pool and poolside terrace and is just the spot to enjoy morning coffee while the children take their first swim of the day. In the evenings share the days events with friends while watching the sun set over Mallorca. All the bedrooms and sittingroom benefit from air-conditioning and all the rooms have ceiling fans. The swimming pool can be made safe for children. Ground Floor • The very well-equipped modern kitchen has french doors, which give access to a small but pretty lawned garden and it is equipped with hob, double fan oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. • The utility room (off kitchen) has a washing machine, tumble dryer and large America style fridge freezer. • There is a pretty sitting/dining room with patio doors opening onto the veranda with stunning sea views, it is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and dining table. • Master double bedroom has a king-size bed, en- suite bathroom and enjoys sea views. • Twin bed with en-suite shower room and sea views. • Double bedroom with french doors onto the veranda and sea views. • There is a separate shower room opposite the double bedroom. • Veranda with dining table. First Floor – Accessed from the living room by a spiral staircase • There is a large and spacious sitting room with wonderful sea views. It has comfortable sofas, sat TV and DVD player, french doors open onto a covered terrace with table tennis table and there is a small balcony which has stunning sea views. • Small twin bedroom • Separate WC Outside • There is a pretty veranda with stunning sea views and dining table and chairs. • Steps from the veranda lead down to the gated 10m swimming pool (roman steps) built into the pool is a ‘Badujet super sport’ for swimming against a current, plus there is a separate Jacuzzi. • Surround the pool is a terrace with built-in BBQ and solar shower. • To the side of the villa is the pretty lawned garden. • Pool and Jacuzzi heating available; please ask for further details and cost. |
