Villa Location A stunning property of unusual design set in the exclusive and peaceful cala of Cala Rata where there is a variety of wonderful bird life. The villa enjoys wonderful views across the Cala and the beautiful harbour of Maó Cala Rata is an inlet off the main harbour of Maó, with only a handful of quality villas for neighbours and is one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean. Less than 5 minutes away by car is the small village of Mesquida, which has avoided tourism. It has a pretty beach, local shop and bar. Maó harbour esplanade with a large variety of quality boutiques, galleries, shops, bars and restaurants - 5 minute drive.
Villa Accommodation 
This very elegant villa has been stylishly furnished to a high standard, the design is superb as the layout provides ample space and privacy. The open plan living area has been cleverly designed with concertina doors opening out on to the wonderful terrace and 12m swimming pool to create a large and private indoor-outdoor space.
