Villa Location Contemporary villa of exceptional quality, located in a quiet cul de sac in the residential area of Addaia and a short walk to a small parade with shops, restaurants and tennis court. Addaia is an area of quality residential properties built along the edge of the shoreline with delightful harbour views. The port has a small restaurant overlooking the water and is home to a number of privately owned yachts and boats. Fornells with its beautiful harbour front, shops, banks, bars and high quality restaurants is a 10 minute drive away where you can also windsurf, sail and water-ski. The beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Macaret are a 2 minute drive away and Son Parc with its 18 hole golf course is10 minutes away. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 20 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A beautifully designed contemporary villa that is a comfortable second home where every item in the property is in keeping with the overall concept and design. The living area is open plan with floor-to-ceiling patio doors overlooking the 8m swimming pool and teak decking to the front of the villa. The covered dining terrace has comfortable cane furniture, where you can sit and enjoy an early evening drink with friends. The villa has a very private small roof terrace to enjoy quiet sunbathing and benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor - Open plan living space • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. • Utility room with washing machine and access to the outside drying area. • Living/dining area with - Sat TV, home entertainment system, DVD, CD player and four sets of patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. • Cloakroom.
