Villa Location Set in an established part of Binibequer Vell at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this comfortable second home is close to the beach of Binibequer and a short walk from the village and is ideal for families with young teenagers Binibequer Vell village with a selection of small shops, restaurants and bars is a few minutes walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a bright and airy four bedroom villa furnished to a very high standard. It has a well-established Mediterranean garden with mature palms and shrubs and is a comfortable modern second home, ideal for a family holiday. During the day you can enjoy the wonderful outside facilities either lazing by the pool or having lunch on the pretty dining terrace. In the evening, after a gentle stroll back from the restaurant, take a nightcap up to the veranda and enjoy the lovely views down towards the sea and the fishing village of Binibequer Vell. This villa's location makes it ideal for families with teenagers and grandparents, who are looking for a degree of independence. Three bedrooms have ceiling fans and one has air-conditioning. Ground Floor • A well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and access to an outside drying area. • Dining room with air-conditioning and french windows overlooking the garden. • Master double bedroom with a large picture window that looks out over the pool and garden. • Pretty twin bedroom with patio doors overlooking the garden and a curtained archway giving access to the second double bedroom. • Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and air-conditioning. • Separate bathroom (shower over the bath). First Floor • The stylish living room is comfortably furnished and has Sat TV, DVD, CD Player, air-conditioning and large patio doors onto a spacious veranda. • Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto the veranda. Outside • There is a beautiful well established lawned garden with an array of wonderful Mediterranean shrubs and flowers all surrounding the large swimming pool (roman steps) and sun terrace. • There is a pretty covered dining terrace with BBQ overlooking the pool and garden. • On the first floor there is a wonderful veranda with cane furniture and lovely sea views. |
