Villa Location Located in the quiet residential area of Addaia, this beautiful second home has been tastefully refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with attention given to the smallest detail. There is a small parade of shops, restaurants and a tennis court located at the entrance to Addaia and down on the port there is a small restaurant/tapas bar overlooking the water. Fornells with its beautiful harbour front, shops, banks, bars and high quality restaurants are a 10 minute drive away where you can also windsurf, sail and water-ski. The beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Macaret are a 2 minute drive away and Son Parc, with an 18 hole golf course, just10 minutes away. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 20 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
The villa has been tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard with quality soft furnishings throughout. It enjoys wonderful views of the estuary and port. The main living/dining area is open plan with large french windows opening on to beautiful veranda overlooking the 9m swimming pool, here you can sit and enjoy a gin and tonic as the sun goes down before dining with friends. Traditional dry-stone walling and mature hedging surround the villa. The garden has been beautifully landscaped with a mixture of pretty Mediterranean flower and shrubs. Here you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday at any time of the year. The villa benefits from full air-conditioning.
