Villa Location A Stylish villa situated in a quiet location on the hillside of Sant Jaime, with stunning elevated sea views. Sant Jaime is located just above the beach resort of Son Bou and is an area of quality villas and residential homes. Son Bou has the longest beach on the island and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The location makes this villa ideal for families with teenagers, grandparents or nannies, looking for a degree of independence. The beach resort of Son Bou is an easy 15 minute walk, where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the small commercial centre. The old town of Alaior, which dates back to 1304, is a 5 minute drive away, and has succeeded in retaining a medieval flavour. Here you can stroll through the narrow winding streets and enjoy its large selection of shops, restaurants and local bars. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A comfortable second home with fantastic sea views along the coast of Son Bou and Sant Jaime. The living area is bright and airy with full width patio doors that open on to a pretty covered dining terrace with wonderful sea views; here you can look over the terraced garden well-stocked with Mediterranean shrubs and bougainvillea. In the evenings as the sun starts to set enjoy a glass of wine as you soak up the wonderful aromas from the garden and appreciate the fantastic views. The 10m swimming pool is very private and the villa benefits from full air-conditioning. Ground Floor • Well-equipped galley kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage. • Living/dining room has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa, dining table, Italian Sat TV and DVD Player. Large patio doors open onto the covered dining terrace with wonderful panoramic sea views. • Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. • Two twin bedrooms. • Separate shower room. First Floor Suite – outside access from the pool terrace. • Double bedroom suite with king size bed, a separate shower room and patio doors opening onto a private sun terrace with wonderful sea views.
