Villa Location Lovely family villa that is bright and airy, located in a quiet cul de sac in a residential area, and a short walk to the village of Binibequer Vell with shops, restaurants and bars. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A spacious comfortable second home that is all on one level, making it very popular with young families, who will find everything they need for a successful holiday. It is bright and airy with a south-facing terrace, a pool set in lawned gardens and a lovely roof terrace with views down to the coast. The open plan living area has large patio doors on to the dining terrace and overlooks the 8m swimming pool and garden. One of the nicest things about this villa is the roof terrace, ideal to sit in the evening and enjoy the lovely views down towards the sea and the fishing village of Binibequer Vell. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. Ground Floor • Open plan well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and access to the utility room with washing machine. • Living/dining area is spacious, bright and airy and is comfortaby furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs.
