Villa Location This is a contemporary modern villa, its location is one of the best in Cala Llonga and every room enjoys fantastic uninterrupted views of Maó Harbour. During the day you can watch the world go by and in the evening enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. Cala Llonga is a quality residential area situated on the hillside opposite Es Castell and overlooks Maó harbour, with spectacular views especially at sunset, making this one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean. It has a small supermarket and less than 3 minutes away by car is the small village of Mesquida, which has avoided tourism. It has a pretty beach and here you will find local shops and bars. Within 5 minutes drive is Maó harbour, with a multitude of restaurants and bars. Several larger supermarkets can be found on the outskirts of the city.
Villa Accommodation 
A superb villa that has been tastefully designed using a combination of teak, slate and natural mares stone. Floor to ceiling glass windows in the main living area make the most of the fantastic harbour views. The 9 x 5m swimming pool is designed with a drop edge, which blends in with the skyline and there is a small courtyard with orange trees providing shade. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet breakfast or dining with friends in the evening, the location and design of this villa allows you to watch the day to day life of the harbour and, best of all, the beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned and all the rooms benefit from the wonderful views. Ground Floor - Open plan living space. • Well-equipped open plan kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, two fridge freezers and a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the garage, next to the cloakroom. • The L-Shaped living area is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with large sofas and a teak dining table - Sat TV, video, DVD and CD music system. Large patio doors open onto the poolside terrace and outside dining area. • Cloakroom. Lower Floor • Master suite with king size bed, dressing area and an impressive large en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower, bath and twin washbasins. • Double bedroom with patio doors. • Twin bedroom with patio doors. • Separate shower room. • Nanny room with a sofa bed. • All the bedrooms have quality natural wood floors and patio doors onto a small teak decked terrace outside – except the nanny room. Outside • Dining area and sun terrace have stunning views of the harbour and are furnished with teak dining table and chairs and sun beds, plus there is a BBQ • The swimming pool (Roman steps) is designed with a drop edge, which blends in with the skyline to maximise the harbour views and there is a separate shower. • To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard with orange trees providing shade.
