Villa Location Set in the established part of Binibequer Vell with a wonderful large lawned garden and sea views, making it an ideal villa for a fantastic family holiday. Close to the beach of Binibequer and a short walk from the village of Binibequer Vell. Binibequer Vell village with a selection of small shops, restaurants and bars is a few minutes walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A tasteful modern villa that has been furnished using traditional Menorcan fabrics and colours and design to create a feeling of light, space and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The main living area is well laid out and has large french windows opening on to the covered dining terrace - a great place for the family to get together at the end of a fun filled day to enjoy good food and fine wine. The most impressive feature of this property has to be the wonderful large lawned gardens that surround the villa and 10m swimming pool. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and the layout provides a good degree of privacy for all. Ground Floor • A compact and well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a door to an outside drying area and garden. • The tastefully furnished living/dining room has Sat TV, CD player and air-conditioning. French windows open onto a dining terrace overlooking the lovely lawned garden and views towards the sea. • There is a pretty twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath) and views of the garden. First Floor • Two twin bedrooms tastefully furnished. • Separate shower room. Second Floor • Master double suite with beautiful sea views and has an en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath), a separate dressing room with twin hand washbasins.
