Villa Location If you are looking to escape the world, relax and completely unwind then this wonderful fisherman’s cottage in Cala San Estaban is just the spot. Close to the cottage there is a small park where you can spend the day with a picnic and enjoy sunbathing and swimming from one of the swimming platforms. The fishing village of Cala San Estaban is a small inlet just before Maó harbour and is close to the town of Es Castell and Cales Fonts. The nearest town is Es Castell, which is only 5 minutes by car, here you will find banks, shops, local restaurants and great local bars. Next to Es Castell is the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts which is a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima are a few minutes by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A pretty fisherman’s cottage located on the water’s edge that is a perfect place to escape the pressures of modern life. Tastefully converted, it offers modern facilities yet retains many of its original features. From the sitting room large glass doors open out onto the terrace overlooking the harbour, originally used to keep the fishing boat safe during bad weather. It has its own slipway, a great place to swim from, and the small terrace is ideal for sunbathing or watching the world go by with a cool glass of wine at the end of the day. The cottage benefits from having full air-conditioning and its own private mooring suitable for boats up to 40 feet. Ground Floor • Galley kitchen over looking the harbour with Hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. • Living room with traditional beamed ceiling comfortable sofas, Sat TV, DVD, CD Player and large french windows opening onto the slipway and terrace. First Floor • Pretty master double bedroom overlooking the harbour with en-suite bathroom and Sat TV. • Pretty double bedroom overlooking the harbour with en-suite shower room. Casita • The guest casita can be accessed from either the main drive or from the terrace. It has a pretty double bedroom with harbour views, en-suite shower room, and Sat TV. Outside • There is a separate covered dining area with BBQ and a fresh water shower. From the original slipway it is possible to swim and next to this is a small terrace for sun bathing and watching the world go by. • This cottage has its own private mooring outside and can take boats up to 40 feet. |
