Villa Location Set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential area of Binisafuller, this villa is close to several rock pools and the small sandy beach of Binisafuller. It is a comfortable, well laid out second home and the lawned garden makes it ideal for families with young children. The nearest town Sant Climent, with its shops and restaurants, is only 5 minutes away by car; Binibequer Vell village with a selection of small shops, restaurants and bars is a 5 minute drive away. The cove of Binisafuller is an easy 30 minute’s walk. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car. Clients are advised there may be some aircraft noise, when the wind is in the west and aircraft are taking off over the coast, mainly on Fridays.
Villa Accommodation 
This is a pretty, high standard villa in a position away from tourists and with the neighbours being mainly local residents. This is a lovely family villa; the open plan living area has been well designed and looks out across the established pretty garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a small sun terrace and is a lovely spot to start the day while enjoying an early morning coffee and croissants. The covered dining terrace is a great place to relax and chill out with friends at the end of a perfect day while the children make the most of the wonderful lawned garden and 8m swimming pool.
