Villa Location Situated in a quiet location with stunning sea views up and down the coast, the villa is ideally located for a perfect family holiday being close to the restaurants and beach of Binibequer. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and various restaurants is a 10 minute walk and the beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 15 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.

Within the villa there is a very pretty inner courtyard, overflowing with pots of beautiful geraniums and gives access to the roof terrace with panoramic sea views - a great place to sunbath in private or stargaze at night. The lovely shaded veranda looks out over the beautiful Mediterranean garden and out to sea. All the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning.
