Villa Location |Spacious villa in a quiet location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach of Binibequer and close to the restaurants of Cala Torret. It is bright and airy and enjoys lovely sea views and a great location for a family holiday. Cala Torret with a small supermarket and varied restaurants is a 10 minute walk and Binibequer Vell village with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 20 minute walk away. The beach and beach bar of Binibequer is an easy 5 minute walk. There is a road train that runs between Binibequer Vell village, Binibequer and on to the beach resort of Punta Prima. For a more local feel the old town of Sant Lluís with its local shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive by car. The capital Maó and the airport are both only 15 minutes by car.
Villa Accommodation 
A comfortable second home, all on one level and its layout provides a good degree of privacy for two families sharing, as there are two bedrooms at either end of the villa both with their own separate bathrooms. The main living area is spacious and french windows open on to the covered dining terrace and poolside area. If you need to escape for a quiet spot of sunbathing there is a small roof terrace with wonderful sea views. The garden is well established and next to the swimming pool is a splendid purpose-built BBQ. All the bedrooms benefit from air- conditioning. Ground Floor • Well-equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. • The L-shaped living/dining room is spacious and airy, it has Sat TV, DVD, CD player and french windows open onto the shaded poolside terrace. • 2 Double bedrooms • 2 Twin bedrooms • 1 separate bathroom with separate shower • 1 separate shower room Outside • There is a covered dining terrace overlooking the garden and pool this opens out onto the sun terrace and has an additional sun canopy that can be extended to give further shade. • The swimming pool (ladder) is kidney shaped and has lovely views down to the south coast. Next to the pool is a built-in BBQ. • There is a private roof terrace with sea views. • Adjacent to the villa a narrow path leads down to beach. |
