Our "Gold" standard is our largest group of villas, and encompasses properties with a very good overall standard which consistently receive outstanding reports from our guests. We look for "quality" in attention to detail such as linen, cutlery, glasses and tasteful decoration and soft furnishings. |

"Silver" standard represents the "comfortable second home" requirement for membership of Menorca Private Owners. These villas are a good standard and continually receive favourable reports from our guests. We certainly have no hesitation recommending these villas for a successful holiday in Menorca. |
We did not want our villa ratings to be confused with other rating systems, so at Menorca Private Owners we don't award "stars", "keys" or "crowns". Although these systems can say something about the facilities, they cannot always take into account a subjective appreciation of a property.
It is important that before any owner can join our group, their villa must be a "second home" rather than a basic holiday rental villa.
