At the end of a long private drive, this stunning country house stands in 120 hectares of environmentally protected land, with pretty gardens, almond, olive and pine trees. There are several terraces to enjoy the sun during the day and wonderful elevated sea views across unspoilt open countryside, making it an unforgettable piece of Menorcan paradise. Close to the beach resort of Santa Tomas, with a long sandy beach, also along this very pretty coastline are the unspoilt beaches of Sant Adeodat and Binigaus.


Prices Based on 8 Guests staying at the villa, 10 in high season. A supplement of £500 per person, per week and an additional cleaning cost of £500 per week. 

Ground Floor

From the house you can walk down through beautiful wooded areas to the white sand and crystal clear waters of Biniguas beach. Stroll a little further along and you will reach the beach of Santo Tomas.

A 30% booking deposit is required, a 2000€ cash security deposit and the owner requires an additional compliance agreement which will be supplied prior to booking.

Less than five minutes’ drive to the south is the quiet beach resort of Santa Tomas, with it long white sandy beaches and excellent beach bar/restaurant, also along this very pretty stretch of coastline are the unspoilt beaches of Sant Adeodat, Binigaus and the deserted end of Son Bou reachable via a stunning headland walk.
The area is an environmentally protected UNESCO heritage stretch of coast line and perfect for walking, bird watching, painting and photography. 
This is a very quiet and peaceful part of Menorca with numerous trails suitable for walking and cycling and, well worth a visit, is the near-by ‘Cova des Coloms’ - approximately 24 metres high and some 15 metres wide.
Es Migjorn Gran preserves the flavour of a typical Menorcan village; it has several shops and quality bars and restaurants including the excellent ‘Restaurante Migjorn ‘Ca Na Pilar’ and the typical 'S'en Golidor'.

The traditional town of Ferreries has narrow streets, the pretty plaza ‘Plaça d’Espanya’ where there is a craft market on Saturdays; it has banks, shops, quality restaurants and great local bars.  

On Wednesday there is a night market between late June and early September in the streets of the old town, with stalls selling local crafts, clothes, leather goods and much more, there is also music and children’s entertainment from 19.00 to 23.00 hours.

Also within the old town there are a couple of artisan shoe makers and several jewellery designers
The pretty town of Es Mercadel is at the foot of Mount Toro, which stand at 357m and is Menorca’s highest point is close by. The town is very pretty with its white washed houses, quiet narrow streets and small bridges give it a feeling of time gone by. There is a main plaza and a good selection of banks, shops, quality restaurants and great local bars full of atmosphere and Meson Rias Baixas is the best restaurant for puelpo a la Galiega
Es Mercadal is known for its excellent food and it is still possible to taste typical Menorcan dishes in many different restaurants in the town: oliaigo amb figues (vegetable soup with figs), albergínies plenes (stuffed aubergines), carabassons plens (stuffed courgettes), calamars plens (stuffed squid) etc.
There is also a small local handicraft industry making avarcas, typical sandals, which historically were worn, by all the country folk and farmer, but now these shoes are very popular and come in a variety of different colours and designs.
Ciutadella was originally the island's capital until the early 18th century when it was transferred to Mahón.  A wonderful combination of grand palaces, mansions, beautiful churches, impressive town squares, narrow twisting streets and the old port.
