The Holidaymaker is responsible for any damage done to the wheels including the tyres as set out in the car hire agreement.
In the unlikely event that the Holidaymaker is not entirely satisfied with the car hire arranged by MPO, contact should be made immediately with the Car Hire Company so that the difficulty can be reasonably resolved. The Holidaymaker should notify any complaints to MPO, which remain unresolved, in writing within Seven Days of return from the holiday. MPO undertakes to pursue these claims on behalf of the Holidaymaker but cannot accept any liability arising from such a claim. Unless the above procedure is followed the Car Hire Company cannot entertain a claim arising out of the complaint, as the requirements of this procedure have legal force. If the Holidaymaker does not follow this procedure, MPO or the Car Hire Company, could rely on that failure, if any subsequent claim is brought against the Car Hire Company or MPO.
