We are an independant group of private owners with our own villas exclusivly on the Island of Menorca. Administered by one of our owners from offices in the UK ,we specialise in quality second homes and do not let our properties through travel agents.  All of our owners have enjoyed a unique experience with this beautiful Island that has encouraged them to make Menorca their choice for a second home.

We appreciate local knowledge is so important to a holiday and we hope to be able to share some of our experience with our guests, providing not only quality holiday accommodation , but also providing a useful guide drawn up with the pool of information provided with the help of our owners . Our guide  gives a host of information including recommendations of restaurants, beaches, shopping and services including babysitting, bulk shopping and even our own wine list with free deliveries, all aimed to make your holiday more enjoyable.

Villa Selection

We have a selection of properties , most in quiet locations rather than tourist developments, and all furnished as family second homes. These villas are arranged through a UK office by one of our owners with personal knowledge of each property and are not let through large agencies. There are no hidden cost, no 'under occupancy ' surcharges.

Service

Each property is supported by excellent English speaking local management, responsible for the cleaning and laundry services, good maintenance, and all aspects of the property while you are on holiday especially well maintained swimming pools. We seek clients who will appreciate and respect our homes whilst on holiday. Local services include cot hire, high chairs, food packs, additional Maid service. babysitter service etc.

Flights, Insurance and Car Hire

We also offer a comprehensive Flight search service, often making substantial savings for our clients on published prices, or finding availability when flights are limited. We can arrange suitable Car Hire in Menorca at preferential rates, and a very reasonably priced Travel Insurance
